- What is the mWellness Score?
The mWellness Score is a digital biomarker for health and longevity. It is calculated by analyzing the amount of exercise, light physical activities, steps, sedentary behaviour, and sleep you take daily. Yesterday’s activity data makes up today’s mWellness Score, and so forth. The mWellness Score ranges from 1 to 99.Maintaining a score of 80+ will lower your risk of developing chronic diseases such as diabetes and cardiovascular disease. On the other hand, scoring consistently below 60 indicates a poor physical lifestyle which may pose significant health risks and could lead to the onset of chronic diseases.Your mWellness Score is a good indicator of how your lifestyle impacts your health. A good mWellness Score indicates a healthy lifestyle. - How do I get a good mWellness Score?
To get an mWellness Score of 80 and above, exercise for at least 30 minutes a day, sit for less than 8 hours a day, and sleep for 7 to 9 hours daily. Exercise is any activity that requires physical effort such as brisk walking or working out. Cutting down on sitting time means doing light activities such as doing simple household chores or walking around the house. And adequate sleep means clocking in an average of 8 hours per day.Do these steps daily and make sure keep your smartphone with you as much as possible, so that we can analyze your activity data more accurately and calculate your mWellness Score. To get accurate sleep data, remember to enter your usual wake-up and bedtimes on the mWell PH app. - Can anyone generate their mWellness Score?
